Shipping availability may vary based on local regulations for beverage products.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends/holidays or after 3:00 pm EST on weekdays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders over $250.
Delivery Restrictions
An adult signature (21+ years old) may be required for deliveries containing certain beverages (cannabis-infused, kratom-infused, etc.).
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the damage.
For lost shipments, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on beverages.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we ask that you check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
All claims for damaged product(s) must be made in writing within 72 hrs of delivery. Please direct all requests to Infused Beverage Company LLC., via email at connect@infusedbev or via standard mail to 2493 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA. 15001. Please provide pictures of the damaged product.
If your claim is approved:
You may choose to receive store credit or have your product(s) replaced. You will have to return your damaged product(s) before you receive store credit or replacement product(s).
Returns may be made in person at any of our retail stores, or via mail to 2493 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA. 15001. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the product via mail. If you choose to have your product(s) replaced, we will pay the shipping for the replacement product(s).
